Prominent aromas of red & dark berries, pepper spice, the wine is well–balanced with integrated tannins and a long finish. Pairs with all kinds of pasta and light dishes, as well as grilled rib steak, venison or game. A beautiful concentration and complex wine that is full of passion, very elegant with soft tannins. The influence of terroir is undeniable and gives the wine a great character. A great vintage with a bright future.

ABV: 13.5%

Sulfites: 40 mg/l Total Sulfites; 15 mg/l Free Sulfites

Varietals: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

ARDINAT-OEIL-DE-PERDRIX-BLANC-DE-NOIRS

A very light color of gold, salmon and rose, with notes of deeper red, give the name to this wine: Eye of the Partridge. Solid and assertive nose of fleshy red fruit with smoky, toasted notes. Soft and delicious on the palate. Aged 6–7 months in oak foudres & a minimum of 15 months “sur lie” in bottle.

CHATEAU MAMIN GRAVES

The wine pleasantly surprises with a bouquet which beautifully combines hints of smoke and vanilla. The mouth, which becomes gradually powerful, reveals a balanced structure with well rounded and soft tannins with good extraction.

Pairs well with strong cheeses, charcuterie, grilled sausages, game and hearty stews.
